An art collection inspired by saucy novel Fifty Shades of Grey will open at a Leeds gallery this weekend.

Fashion photographer Raphael Mazzucco has brought his unique interpretation to the global Fifty Shades phenomenon, creating four limited edition works featuring iconic phrases from the trilogy.

Four new limited edition works have been created by Mazzucco featuring attractive photography overlaid with elements of collage and iconic phrases from the books.

Raphael Mazzucco's work is very popular with our clients in Newcastle so we are thrilled to have the new Fifty Shades of Grey collection available in our gallery. But six years ago he gave it up in favour of pursuing a career in fine art and hasn't looked back since.

He is famed for his mixed media works which are "inspired by the female form and celebrate sophistication and sensuality".

"Fifty Shades of Grey is recognised as a worldwide cultural phenomenon and its influence is felt across the globe".

"It natural to me to take the language of Fifty Shades of Grey and work that into these images".

The images have been published by Washington Green, a leading fine art publisher, in collaboration with Choice Fine Art and Clampett Studio Collections.

They are being launched at Castle Galleries on Harrogate's Parliament Street today but fans will have to dig deep as the works are £995 each. "He's brought a tremendous passion and lust for life to his interpretation of Fifty Shades".
