Clinton supporters said they have a hard time respecting Trump supporters, with 58 percent saying it's really hard.

The First Lady joined the Democratic nominee on the stump in North Carolina less than two weeks before the USA election on November 8.

It's their first joint event of the 2016 campaign.

Hillary Clinton celebrated her 69th birthday with chocolate cake which she duly shared with the media in line with tradition, on board her campaign's plane.

Trump supporters are more than twice as likely to say Clinton has a great deal or a fair amount of respect for Muslims (47%) than to say this about her respect for evangelical Christians (19%).

"They're young woman, and I think it's really important for them to see two unbelievable, strong women that are here in Winston-Salem today".

Just 45% of Trump backers say their vote is primarily for him; 57% of Clinton's voters say their ballot is primarily for her, rather than against him.

Her husband is an avid user of Twitter, often using it to attack his opponents and critics in blunt, harsh terms. "It will be because we did not stand with her".

"I'm going to vote anyway. whether they expand the days or narrowed it down", she said after voting Thursday.

Early voting is surging in Arizona, normally a Republican state but one that Clinton has targeted.

Not even Donald Trump's supporters like him.

Several recent polls indicate a tight race in OH and the GOP candidate is hoping to close the gap on Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, who is leading in national polls by double digits.

The rally came as state polls show Clinton leading Trump by a two percentage-point margin, according to the poll tracking website Real Clear Politics. Federal Election Commission reports filed Thursday show her campaign had $62.4 million in available cash as of last week.

While Ms Clinton's support has grown overall since the debates and the emergence on 7 October of the 2005 Access Hollywood tape, on which Mr Trump could be heard boasting about sexually assaulting women, no age group has surged to her side as quickly as millennials.

Senate polling continues to show relatively comfortable Democratic leads in Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin; a consistent but not that comfortable Republican lead in Florida; and very tight races in Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Think Arizona and Georgia, states that have gone Republican in at least the past four presidential elections.

There are 12 days left until we go to the polls.

A new Texas Tribune/YouGov poll puts Trump's lead in the state at just three points over the Democrat nominee.

The president, who narrowly won Florida in 2008 and 2012, campaigns for her there Friday, while Clinton is scheduled to join pop star Jennifer Lopez on stage Saturday in Miami. But the number of early polling places was increasing statewide from around 250 to almost 400 on Thursday, and political experts expected a resulting rise in ballots.

Most Clinton supporters, 64%, think there is hardly any voter fraud.

Band wrote of helping the former president "secure and engage in for-profit activities - including speeches, books, and advisory service engagements".

Trump pounced, calling the activity "outright corruption". "It's a once in a lifetime opportunity", White said.
